The Bribes repository is not listed for 5.14.2 version. Is it okay to include Bribes even though it is specified for 5.12 but not 5.14?

No, it is not ok to install a ppm package marked for perl 5.12 on perl 5.14, it won't work. If you try to install it, ppm will refuse to install it.

But    http://www.bribes.org/perl/ppm/Tk.ppd clearly shows one listed for 5.14, so what are you looking at, what did you do?
