A bit more explanation on your side would help. I don't know what a 'pipeline pilot' or 'mmcif' file is, and your question doesn't inspire me to go to the effort of looking it up in Google to help you solve your problem. Make it easy for people to help, and you'll get some good responses. Make us work too hard to figure out what you want and what you're talking about, and we'll just wander off to a more interesting question.
