The question is, if you have a hotmail.com email address or a corporate email system that uses live.com, and you try to subscribe to a perl.org mailing list today or in the last 30 days (May 2012), do you get back the confirmation email from the mailing list server, and second, if you respond to that confirmation email, will you start getting messages from that mailing list? If you want to answer the question, and you dont have a hotmail.com email address, make one. I am not interested in yahoo or gmail or ISP email accounts, only Microsoft based email addresses.
edit:corporate email system mention, not just hotmail.com
