I seem to be having trouble with the link you provided. Could you perhaps describe in better detail what type of a database it is, and in what ways it is an improvement on existing "self contained database" options already available on CPAN, trusted and proven, such as DBD::AnyData or DBD::SQLite?

If it's filling a niche that hasn't been satisfied yet, maybe it's something that the author could post to a reliable archive -- CPAN -- where others could benefit from it.
