From skimming the website, it looks that only the "lite" version is free. It is not clear what the differences between the "lite" and the "complete" versions are. It's "free" as in "freeware", not as in "free software". Source code is not available for free at all (let alone under a "free software" license). Also, windows only. This is the same product as that advertised in public beta testing of Perl Editor a couple of weeks ago.
One may classify the OP as "spam for commercial warez coming with a freeware hook". However, it's borderline and I'm not going to consider it for deletion in this stage. A few clarifications from the online poster, particularly concerning what "free" means in his dictionary, are welcome.
