The login cookie comes from your end. Either it came from your machine or perhaps a proxy. If it came from your machine ask RDM why! Have a look at the cookie you have for perlmonks and see what it shows.

As much as I would like to be able to claim some credit for the magically replicated login...I cannot. C C is just a bit too careful for me to get away with it. I am suspecting that a wandering DHCP lease, combined with a non-too-bright proxy is at fault, as suggested. -R	[reply]
