Anonymous Monk has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

Is there a module for Win32 that will let me make ISO files and burn them to CD's? I have looked everywhere and this place seems more helpful than most. Thanks in advance?

No chiburashka. There are plenty of commandline tools which can be scripted.
I know, mkisofs et al. But now my question is: Shouldn't there be? There is a Device::CDROM for Linux, is there something inherently limiting about Win32?
. . . is there something inherently limiting about Win32?

There's an answer to that, but I'm fairly sure there's a size limit to how big replies can be . . . :)
