Hi Joost, thanks for the suggestion. I took a look at DBD::JDBC, but it looks a little to "thick" (vs thin client). It requires the installation and starting of a jdbc server which you then connect to. I'm really after a thin client, ie. one that doesnt require a host of other software to run. Cheers Tony
