I don't like having the level be a link. Several levels don't have pages devoted to them and it will be even more that way when the level revamp happens.

I'd instead put a ^? link after the level information that links to voting/xp sys or some other xp faqlet that includes links to the level-specific pages.

It doesn't make sense to me to have a link to follow because I'm curious about what level powers someone else has. Maybe such linking would make sense when I look at my own home node, but I think the standard 'footnote' help link works fine for that and avoids kludgy code and inconsistent UI.
