Anonymous Monk has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

Here's the scenerio: I go to school, and am under the wrath of BESS/Webscence and all the proxies blah blah have been blocked... so what I would like to do is install apache on my home computer and have it run some kind of cgi proxy so I can just go to school and type in my home ip and be able to acess the proxy and have it work like www.projectbypass.com or whatever.... Hope you get what I mean and hope I don't sound too retarded... =\
