Can the "gods" see who down voted them?

If you treat your privilege to vote in such a way that you assume that someone is watching you then your voting habits will never be such that the "gods" care. IMHO one of the really bad things about "The Internet®" in general is the whole anonymity thing and how it makes people act towards other netiznes.
