No. A an example is a bar chart. It's a graph and you can build them with GD. I am looking for an implementation of that specific graph.

You mean you want a algorithm for generating the form of graph shown in the URL you posted? It looks to me like they have allocated alternate bits from the address space to the x and y axis of the graph and shaded the areas according to the ranges specified in their data.
