I think that's what the Null Vote option does -- setting it to "on" enables a +=0 button in the voting area. I think this uncasts a vote.

You can only cancel or change a vote before you submit it. In other words: you haven't actually voted yet, you've only set radio button fields in the HTML form. So the site doesn't know about it yet. After you submitted your votes, it is final, and you can no longer change your mind.	[reply]
