See also Hack #5 Autocomplete Perl Identifiers in Vim in Perl Hacks - Tips & Tools For Programming, Debugging, and Surviving by chromatic with Damian Conway and Curtis "Ovid" Poe. That has a nice script for trolling your @INC to make a file of autocompletion candidates. That could be hacked into dabbrev so you'd get better candidates than just "whatever is near or recent."

Well, I'd have to drop $30 to read it, but I think I understand what it's doing. I actually use my Sepia for perl-with-completion, so I'll look at putting something similar in that. I've remved the dependency on EPL in my local copy, and just need to gather the tuits to make a release...

Shoooot. Does your module work well? There might still be a chance to mention your module in a footnote. There's something there but it could use an xref to your module..

It's a bit wonky in places, as I haven't been doing much perl development of late, but the interactive prompt and completion work reasonably well. I've got some time today, so I'll try to get a new version tested and out on CPAN.
