Hi again,
Apparently I didn`t express myself clearly - I`m not looking to download the perl core source, or module source. I`m trying to find a webified version of the source which allows for easy linking between function calls etc. If it`s not clear what I`m after, please have a look at the link included above. Thanks.

LXR itself has information on the tool used. Apparently it's a Perl script and can be downloaded here. In a way you answered your own question.
