Wasn't much of a clarification; as far as I know, Activestate doesn't have a WinCE version of perl available. I'm not sure what the PerlIDE mentioned does or does not include, but information on the WinCE port of perl can be found at http://search.cpan.org/dist/perl-5.8.8/README.ce and http://perlce.sourceforge.net.
