I'm curious. Did you notice the "As of" footer in that nodelet? Doesn't that explain what you asked about?

Did you check the site docs? Just follow the "Need Help??" link above the nodelets, search for "Other Users" and follow that link. That'll often get you faster answers to such questions in future.
