In response to a note from jdporter that Categorized Questions were not being removed from their sections upon conversion to perlquestions, I made two attempts to correct the problem.

The first patch did result in removal from the parent section, but did not do the conversion to sopw. The second patch (which differs from the 1st by invoking removeFromNodegroup after changetype) does convert the node to sopw but does not remove it from the parent QandASection.
