I had PERL but got tired of all the grammar cops stopping me and giving me "capitalization of a non-acronym" tickets. I switched to PEARL but the oyster-abuse folks got on my case. Sheesh, you can't win for losing these days. I guess I'll stick with the bumper sticker that says "my brother-in-law is a C++ student at Foo high".
