You made me curious: I had never thought about this possibility, but I wondered whether it may be a topic phrase in the idiom of some circles' jargon. A google search seems to exclude it. If you exclude jesuashok and perlmonks from the search, you only get a bunch of results in which the phrase is used incidentally.	[reply]
