In addition to the advice you have been given by shmem and GrandFather please read How do I post a question effectively?. Regarding your hash (not hesh) problem you may want to take a look at Data Type: Hash from the tutorial section of this site, and QandASection: hashes from the Categorized Questions and Answers section of this site.
