I think merging poems and obfu is a good idea into something more general is a good idea. I'm less certain about providing an official place for trolling. IMO it will increase the number of troll posts. I tend to read almost every thread and reading troll posts makes me angry and tired.
I'm not advocating a place for trolls nor encouraging trolls. However a place where nodes that are on the margin of trollishness can be put where they won't cause the offence that would otherwise be engendered in sections such as SoPW and Meditations would have some virtue.
