It is now Spring 2001, where is issue 21? Has ANYONE been asked to contribute to #21?
EarthWeb apparently only sends a form letter to emailed questions, and in my experience then refuses to respond at custserv@tpj.com .
In fact, for all practical purposes the magazine is discontinued and Earthweb should refund our money. They have ducked their responsibility long enough.
I think it is time to get some answers. Maybe they will respond more diligently if the questions come from the "Circuits" or business section editor of the New York Times, or the from Wall Street Journal, or from the Attorney General's Office or Consumer Protection Agency of New York state.
What do people think?
Regards, an apparently ripped off consumer...
P.S. I have paid for hard copies of every issue, and I would be happy to receive more and pay for them, but ... come on!
