OK - but I have been wondering that same thing and:

So, should the 'vote' button disappear if the '+' or '-' buttons disappear (on account of not being logged in or not having enough XP)?

Should I just be patient and wait for the more senior (or prolific :-) members of the order to notice my new XP and manually enable voting?

Votes are given out at 8:07 UTC so when you go up a level you will have to wait until the next time votes are allocated to receive them.	[reply]

On a similar note, I've noticed that I still have a "Vote" button even when all my votes are used up and there are no voting radio buttons present.	[reply]
