Did you try to get that URL in a "normal" browser?

What happens then? If you get a timeout as well, then it's no perl specific problem.

I tried poking it with a stick: `$ ping mmsca.orange.co.uk ping: unknown host mmsca.orange.co.uk` [download] ... which isn't what I'd call encouraging.	[reply] [d/l]

Apparently its internal, for only for those with an account on orange.co.uk, some kind of ISP	[reply]
