That date format is ISO8601. Have a look at DateTime::Format::ISO8601.

More specifically, it's the profile ISO-8601 defined in RFC3339. If you wish to validate the date, DateTime::Format::RFC3339 would be better. If you want to allow other ISO-8601 profiles, DateTime::Format::ISO8601 would be better.	[reply]
