Other past problem dates are 19700101 (several digit changes:), 19700102, 19700112, 19700426, 19730303.
In the future lie 22861120, 51381116, 33658-09-27, etc.

I figured you meant the switch to 11 digits because time's not about to start running backwards. The `sprintf` solution can be used if the problem is changed to something that needs to handle past dates.	[reply] [d/l]
