I just noticed in my weekly best nodelet:

Whenever I find an error on Perlmonks, I assume it is an inside joke. I don't mind occasionally having to reinvent a wheel; I don't even mind using someone's reinvented wheel occasionally. But it helps a lot if it is symmetric, contains no fewer than ten sides, and has the axle centered. I do tire of trapezoidal wheels with offset axles.	[reply]

From the same source Patient is also the adjective form of patience. So, can one assume that if you have patience, you're patient? Now, about that plural...	[reply]
