Font-FreeType succeeds

iwamatsu has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

Hi, all.

I am using Font-FreeType.
I want to update Font-FreeType[0]. Because my project need this libarary and function is not enough in the current library.
I want to contact CPAN author, but I can not.
Could you contact to him?
When the contact cannot be taken with him, I want to succeed this.

Hi, I assume you've tried emailing Geoff Richards via the email on his CPAN page http://search.cpan.org/~geoffr/ ? If you get no response from a CPAN author after a number of tries, you can request maintenance rights for the module. Hi, aufflick. Thank you for your comments. I sent an email to his e-mail address, but returned by an error. # I sent is before a half year. I resent it some time ago.
