The tutorials section has a Web Programming section and a CGI Programming section. I'd suggest starting with Ovid's CGI Course to begin with. Setting up Perl/CGI with Windows would also be worth while regarding the setup of Perl and a Web server.

    If only I'd had the bottle/wit/intelligence etc. to ask the same question (as the OP) when I was tasked with producing an IIS i.e. M$, website - this i.e. martos, answer would have been invaluable!!

    Sits back to contemplate the benefits of 20/20 hindsight...
