add perlmonks markup to link to cpan modules

Looking through the perlmonks markup.. We can use square brackets to link to a node.. And that's cool, you can simply link to a leocharre (user) by ropping them in square brackets.

How about adding syntax to auto link to a module on cpan? Seems extremely useful.. (?).. for example usinng squiggly brackets.. {MODULENAME} would link to at least http://search.cpan.org/search?query=MODULENAME&mode=all ..?

It is extremely useful, which is why it was implemented long ago :-). See What shortcuts can I use for linking to other information?, you're looking for `[cpan://CGI]` for example Perl 6 - links to (nearly) everything that is Perl 6.	[reply] [d/l]

Since he asked about linking to a module, he's looking for `[mod://CGI]`. `[cpan://CGI]` does a search for CGI.	[reply] [d/l] [select]

I think i found a bug. `[mod://strict#SYNOPSIS]` (live test SYNOPSIS of strict) generates strict#SYNOPSIS ( `<a href="http://search.cpan.org/perldoc?strict%23SYNOPSIS">strict#SYNOPSIS</a>` ) which isn't the same as strict#SYNOPSIS (`<a href="http://search.cpan.org/perldoc?strict#SYNOPSIS">strict#SYNOPSIS</a>`) Thanks	[reply] [d/l] [select]
