Unfortunately only for the non-FOSS version! :-(

From what I've seen, generally social networking software will be a CMS solution with these features:

1. contacts list (so called "friends"),
3. tailoring one's view and access based on that contacts list and each contact's contacts list,
4. micro blogging (with comment), again will have view and access based on that contacts list.
