It's like a national conference ... just bigger.

Since it's EU its also much about coordination of colonizing the world, especially spreading languages, religious believes and economic systems.

Hot topics ATM are a new opium war with China, ~~deporting~~ sending more protestant fundamentalist to Northern America and trading slaves in Africa...
