Not at all; ~~the~~ anything resembling a real parser can distinguish between the infix and standalone forms of the operator.

The topic was lexing editors. Mine uses PPI, so it could distinguish between the two forms of `...`, but simpler lexers might have problems.	[reply] [d/l]
