Better to go "Back" before reloading or to click on the node ID to get a "not a response to a POST" version of the node before doing any next step with the moderation nodelet. My browser warns me before reloading a page that is a response to a POST but many people like to disable warnings.

That isn't the only bug in the moderation nodelet. I rewrote it as part of fixing a lot of other unfortunate problems with the "moderation" implementation. Unfortunately, the rewrite appears to have been too big of a change for it to actually get deployed successfully.
