Somebody may have exactly these components but, if not, you possibly won't get a response. A better option is to also show the output from dmake install (including details of the platform, versions and so on is good - I'm not suggesting leaving them out). By doing this you may get a reply along the lines of "I had a similar problem with XXX - here's how I fixed it."
