- Advertise www.perlmonks.monk
- Dress in monks (don't forget to shave your head...)
- Take a lot of photos for those who won't be there, like me :-(
- Show that Perl is FUN
- Prevent Book from scaring people whith his obfuscates ;-)
- Install Webcams, to allow missing people to participate anyway...
