I have a slight question about something I've noticed here. It appears that the number of replies given for a node is sometimes mistaken. At first I just took it for the fact that (or so it appears) a person who replies to his own node does not get counted(and maybe this is a good thing). However, it looks like that a reply-to-a-reply doesn't get counted. In this section, "Looping over parts of an array" it says there is one reply--however there are more. I searched the site and found a node already discussing this problem(somewhat). However, the date was for the year 2000, so I figured this problem surfaced since then. Not that this is the most important thing, I just thought that someone might like to know so they could fix it in due time, if something is indeed wrong.

I think that what happens is the following:

This site is threaded, and whenever a reply is replied to, it's a new node to thread upon now, and not considered a reply anymore... so only unreplied-to replies, are counted, and that's why you see this conflict in the number of replies..

Gosh... I've said repl[iy]e? around a hundred times now...
