I thought that this was building @data ??? `for my $dataset (@data) { my @out = push @{ $data[ $fileCount ]->{ shift @col } }, \@col; }` [download]	[reply] [d/l]

aahhh ok, I removed this from the while loop and now it generates just the one	[reply]

what does this mean ? `Can't use string ("4") as an ARRAY ref while "strict refs" in use at combine_primer_lists.pl line 67, <INFILE> line 243` where this line is the problem `push @results, $out[0]->[2];`	[reply] [d/l] [select]
