Barcodes are not plaintext

why it is not possible to print a html::barcode barcode to a regular printer?

Not printing backgrounds is an ink saving feature of browsers , learn to work yours ;)

`Barcodes are not plaintext` but they can be. i´m sure that i can send a plaintext as a chain of command to the printer. and the printer makes out of it a barcode. but i´m not sure how this commandline should look like. 4sure => haven´t thought about the background ink saving feature. sounds good to me ;-) probably i´m able to disable it :-D $perlig =~ s/pec/cep/g if 'errors expected';	[reply] [d/l]

i´m sure that i can send a plaintext as a chain of command to the printer. and the printer makes out of it a barcode. You are talking about postscript. Perhaps you can create a Postscript page that has the drawing commands to have the barcode, and send it to your printer?	[reply]
