Would it be possible to make a variant of the keywords nodelet where monks and above could link similar nodes? Adding a little bit of human editorship to the process would improve the results.

On the other hand, it'd probably create a weighted graph, and someone'd have to do some nasty work to track all of the relationships there. Maybe updating softlinks with a cron process...?
