Print preview does a pretty good job of pagination of html. Print to a pdf or postscript printer to get into those formats...

Maybe compared to Microsoft Word. Where does that come from? I haven't owned a copy of Word (or even used it) for at least 15 years. And when I did, it was because that was the customers choice. Have you any experience in publishing, layout, or typography? Yes().
