Perl 6 isn't an update over Perl 5. If you want to write and deploy working software, stick with Perl 5.

Those Perl 6 snapshot releases are for people willing to update at least monthly and to rewrite their code if and when things break.

    I'm using Perl 6 for a school project, so long-term stability isn't an issue for me. And I know that Perl 6 isn't an upgrade of Perl 5, I meant upgrade in the sense of updating Padre.
