I'm on a couple of e-mail lists with Elaine, and watch her patiently try to grind sense into the senseless. As long as she doesn't come armed, she's justified in anything she does.

If she does come armed, well, I wouldn't blame her.

I'd also like to acknowledge my admiration of davorg for having two glaring ambiguities in his talk title and description. I'm anxious to hear how he resolves them.

    Heh! Well, my longer talk "Increasing Perl Usage" and my lightning talk "Why Perl Advocacy is a Bad Idea" pretty much contradict each other. You'll have to come and see them both to see which one I really believe :)
