Perl hang issue on Windows server 2003/2008/2k8R2

Hi, I am using Perl5.6 bundled within my application. Strange thing I notice when executing on windows servers my app hangs or not calls DESTORY block in distructor. When I manually invoke this DESTORY. it is working as expected. However in other windows it is working fine. I am using MKS9.0 to invoke my app. Is the issue with perl or mks? Thanks

One possibility is that perl 5.6 contains a bug that "worked" with the versions of Windows that were around 10 years ago, but not with newer versions. That bug was probably discovered and corrected in later versions of Perl. Your only solution is to upgrade the version of Perl you use. Noone is going to help you track down, much less correct, a bug in such an old version of Perl.
