artist has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

Hi Monks,
I am looking for a tool which can help me to define various steps for CGI Application such as 'browser screen' or 'user action' or 'cgi action'. For a compelete application there could be multiple of above 'things'. You can also see it as 'cgi application flow chart'.

Thanks
Artist.

"visio" or one of its open source relatives.
sourceforge has some interesting looking apps like jingler and k3studio. As the standard disclaimer, I've only used visio. The other two may or may not be worthwhile.

i'd be surprised if you find any CGI specific flowcharting software...

on linux i rather like dia. (apparently it'll run on win32 as well).
