http://donate.perlfoundation.org is maintained by the Perl NOC team, you could address your concerns to them. Previously (Way back machine link) there was a listing of specific 'Fund drive' donations. Update: Of course the Offering Plate will need to be updated to cater for the changes. I'm aware of this, one of the issues Loops raised was "Even with the link manually corrected, there doesn't seem to be anywhere on http://donate.perlfoundation.org that shows the current funding level for perlmonks.org. Maybe someone with edit capability could take a look?", "not where can I donate?" as the link is clearly on the right hand side.	[reply]

Why does TPF have to keep breaking it? Maybe it's to let you know the page is still maintained. Stale pages are disconcerting, especially ones that ask for money.	[reply]

Sure, then update it, replace it completely, but don't break the old url! Either put the new page at the same url, or add a redirect from the old url. And they should at least send the PerlMonks gods a line whenever they must break the url.	[reply]
