Bod, just remembered I contemplated the general problem of Organizational Culture Change a while back, even speculating on Perl culture changes over the years ... though not on Perl Monks culture changes.
If you choose not to attempt to explicitly change your organization's culture, it will change anyway. Culture is evolving all the time.
Interested to hear thoughts on how Perl Monks culture has changed over the years ... and what sort of culture changes might be tried to increase PM activity.
Curiously, in the very early days, vroom tried to boost this site's popularity by encouraging Perl "celebrities", such as merlyn, to hang out here.
