Just because some contributions from the outside have advanced some field doesn't mean that all (or even the majority) of contributions from the outside advance a field.
For example there have been a plethora of laymen "proofs" for Fermat's Last Theorem, and most of them had relatively simple flaws (for example dividing by zero).
We've seen your proposals, and asked questions that you did not answer properly, and have pointed out flaws. So for me your proposals are in the "rejected until proven useful" category. So stop advocating, and do something useful with it.
