Looks like you've tried to install this a few times. You need to start reading the installation notes for modules, I don't keep telling you to do this for my benefit, I learned that lesson the first time I had to install a module. do:

cpan> clean Image::OCR::Tesseract
cpan> install Image::OCR::Tesseract
[download]

I think you may see the error message:
